I suggest wearing the ring on your non-dominant hand for accurate steps tracking. I wear it on my left hand (I’m right handed) and the steps are very accurate.In terms of other tracking features, gives very in depth info on sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen levels, stress levels. I’m glad I bought it. Worth the investment.

Love this ring! I like it because it is less clunky to wear compared to a smart watch. Also I can sleep with this where as a smart watch kind of bothers be to sleep with. I really got this for the sleep tracking and it does a great job. The app it comes with makes it super easy to read the dataThe durability and battery life has been really good so far. I got the grey color and no issues with scratching or anything like that yet, so I’m pretty happy.The step tracking feature is also pretty nice to have just to make sure I’m being active and not sitting too much throughout my day.

I actually really like this smart ring. I’d worn the oura before and it never quite fit me right, even trying the size smaller. These do fit slightly larger than the oura ring which made it a perfect fit for me. Once I have it on I really barely notice it so it’s not as bulky as you’d think by looking at it initially. the squared off shape really isn’t noticeable.The biggest advantage aside from costing about $100 less than the Oura ring as of the current sale price of $229 is that there is no monthly fee for the app. It’s a little less user friendly than the oura app was but I still find it easy to navigate and was able to find almost all of the exact same data in the app for free. It syncs with my google health profile quick and easy and I had no issue setting up the ring or linking it.Finally I love the charging case! It’s less easy to lose than the charging dock on oura and easy to put in my purse to charge when I’m away from home. Looking forward to seeing how long before I need to charge the case.

I’ve had it for over 3 weeks, and sleep tracking is improving. I have insomnia and when I just lying down without moving, it used to register as light sleep.I wear it on middle fingers. My normal jewelry ring size for it is 7 but I got size 8 in ringconn since my fingers a little swollen in the morning. Glad I sized up in that regard as it’s perfectly comfortable and I don’t even notice it.I definitely wear it with lifting weights with no issues. Doing chores around the house with no issues.The only time I don’t wear it is in a shower since I don’t think I need to be tracking all that.Happy I font have to pay monthly subscription like for others.There’s a whole subreddit for this thing with a ton of info.

Purchased this for my husband on Father’s Day & he loves it. He wears it everywhere except the shower! His hands are on the larger side and ring size is size 15. I purchased the size 14 although it doesn’t fit his index figure he wears on another finger and still able to collect good data.

I got this Primarily to Size my Fingers for Rings. It is Accurate, as it is consistent with my known ring size. It does a great job snugging onto your fingers without causing pain, and give you an accurate Ring Size to the Whole Number. You have to guess if you are a Half Size in Between. I think every Household should have one of these for Graduation Rings, Promise Rings, Class Rings and Wedding Rings! Very Satisfied.

Well, this ring is lighter than I thought. I want to monitor my sleep and the watch is very inconvenient because it needs to be charged every single day! And this ring I only charge once a week.The most important thing is that the data this ring detected is very close to the watch. So I think it is accurate. Also, the material it uses is pretty good, I wore it for about 3 weeks except for charging time and so far no obvious scratches have been seen.The only not-so-good thing is that this ring is quite big and it is not very convenient to do something with it.
